Established in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon wine-growing area since 1976, our work has enabled us to follow and carefully assess the changes that have taken place in both the wine-farmers and their wines.
As we travel the length and breadth of this beautiful region, from Nîmes and the foothills of the Cevennes in the north to the Spanish border in the south, we have acquired an incomparable in-depth knowledge of wine-farming as a whole in Languedoc-Roussillon, such that we are now recognised specialists in these fine wines.
Our aim has always been to promote and enhance the value of quality wines.

OUR MAIN ACTIVITY : search for wines for our clients and their bottling on the estate.
As soon as the wines have been vinified, we go prospecting at the wineries and on the estates, tasting and selecting specific lots of wines for our clients. The network of the owners with whom we are in regular contact and our knowledge of the wine-farming organisations in the region means we choose from a wide geographical area and from a range of very different vineyards both for Vins de Pays and AOCs.
Our choice thus includes many different wines from the area, sold both in bulk and bottled.
We can also offer clients a range of options depending on their particular requirements (blends, filtration, fining, refrigeration, etc.).
From the lots we select on the wine farms, we plan the orders, organise the bottling on the estate, or where that is impossible, we organise bottling to satisfy our clients' requirements in the light of what is actually available, deciding with our clients the type of dry material most suitable for the wines chosen.
We organise oenological testing and wine tastings at each stage of the process.
THE SECOND ASPECT OF OUR OPERATIONS: Selecting Estates and Châteaux in Languedoc-Roussillon and bottling the wines on the estates.
We have a special relationship with wine-farmers in all the different appellation areas in Languedoc-Roussillon (both estates and wineries), and much appreciate their experience and skills and devotion to quality:
- Planned management respecting the environment
- Low yields maintaining consistent quality with highly concentrated aromas
- Regular investment to improve winemaking and the integration of new wine-making techniques: maceration by percolation (submerged cap), oxygen injection by micro-bubbles, pneumatic pressing...
An essential criterion and a fundamental factor in the quality of wine is the specific nature of the soil and micro-climate in each of the vineyards and wine-growing areas.
Amongst the wines selected we have included a number of traditional blends; for some we make suggestions as to the cellar-work, while a number of them are matured in oak casks.
We also select and commission special blends and have them bottled on the estates under our own choice of label and presentation.
THE THIRD ASPECT OF OUR BUSINESS: our sophisticated know-how in blending particular cuvées (wines combining various grape varieties, vintages and areas of origin as selected) Developing our own brand, top-of-the-market lines.

Thanks to the first two aspects of our business, we are extremely well-placed to select superior quality lots in a variety of wine categories.
Our branded table wines (Vins de table): We prepare very fine quality cuvées by blending wines from a number of different areas, grape varieties and vintages. They are significantly different from ordinary table wines, being in fact outstanding and unique wines not available elsewhere.
Our AOC brands: The basic approach is the same, but they comply strictly with AOC specifications.
